It seems to me that you blend a lot of tools under the same "moodboard". Moodboard is a collage of image, text etc.. Its where you experiment and test differend kinds of moods, colorpalette and values in visual forms. Most of your moodboards are sketches, sketches for wireframes and mock-ups.
What is your concept? Do you have a theme and a set of rules for your design?
I like your minimalistic style and your photo in the business suit. But the sender is not clear, you could work on your word-mark. Use the gestalt principles in your design.
"Wellcome" is also to conventional. Could you work on some formulation which is more personal and yet professional?
